Take Time

When you take time to enjoy the ordinary something extraordinary happens.

Today the ordinary was found in the pollen that seemed to have been harvested on the lake. It curled and wound its way through the ripples of the kayak in a way that spoke of peace and travel.

Today the seagulls harvested their food on glassy water while appearing as mirages in the heated sun.

Today what was ordinary became magical and allowed self doubt and worry to fade back into the wings of what really holds a stage.

Today the practice was finding beauty, regardless of presumption.
