Hurricane Ride

Yesterday I received a phone call from a distraught parent regarding their adult child’s choices. An incident in that adult child’s life was a catalyst for some very destructive behaviour and that parent wanted to hunt down the reason for the life altering change. The call was out of the blue and I heard the pain.

I can say is when pain is heard it can transform and be set free. Only then will the holder understand the pain chains all tied to the story.

Take a “pain” in your life and see what piece you can hear, take a breath, then observe.
