Soundwalk

Soundwalk – tree frogs, surf, footsteps all concluding with a simple dog bark

This soundwalk is a seventeen minute rest. It allows your brain to recalibrate while you listen. Take the seventeen moments for yourself.  Repeat the action again later  knowing the more you train your brain to rest and recalibrate the better your life.
The audio recording ends perfectly, calling you to return to here and now, refreshed. For those of you that need the walk without dogs….just stop it a minute early and all is well.
