Mindfulness is the key to happiness. There is scientific proof supporting the health benefits to taking time to be mindful. It also happens to be what many a practicing yogi, buddhist, or sensei taught long before the art of scientifically documented proof.
Mindfulness is the only way out of the rabbit hole of misery. The only way. Take seventeen minutes with this sound walk and let your brain be in another world where you are safe. Let your brain know you are the one walking on the sand. Or, those audible footprints are someone walking with you, someone that understands. The more often ou visit this place in your mind the safer you will feel.
